FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Who can view contact info on the notice board?
Only logged-in PBA community members can request contact info for a candidate. Non-members can browse limited details but cannot see contact info.
2. How do I get contact details for a candidate?
Click “Request Contact Info” on any candidate card. If you’re a verified PBA community member, we’ll email you their contact details within seconds.
3. How long do listings stay up?
Candidate listings and job posts are automatically archived after 3 months. Organisations can renew or edit their listings anytime by logging in.
4. I'm not a PBA community member, can I still see the board?
You can browse candidate summaries but full contact info is community-members-only. Join the FREE PBA community to get access.
5. How do I list my candidates or post a job request?
Organisations (unis, TAFEs, agencies): sign up at /workforce-connect-signup. Individual painters looking for work: sign up at /workforce-connect-candidate-signup. Members hiring: log in and switch to Jobs & Requests tab.
